Shanshui Arabescato is a Chinese trade description, not proof of origin in the Corchia quarry district. We use Arabescato Corchia as the catalogue counterpart; confirm provenance with batch documents and check how the landscape-like patterns align across slabs.
Marble is sensitive to acids; sealing does not prevent etching. For countertops, wet areas and floors, consider cleaning habits, slip requirements and the installation plan. Ground colour, veining and repairs can differ between batches sold under the same name.
